Spring Break Chaaos

We were only slighty squished.....right. Beach toys were falling on kids, diapers were dirty but it was too squishy to figure who it was or how we could change that dirty diaper. As you can see Lincoln is screaming...that's just a short preview of our trip to FL from Monday to Friday of last week. SPRING BREAK!!!

Marine land-- where the one day it was freezing in FL we were there. It was a good activity to do on a cold day.

Ocean view...Crescent Beach

Dee doo enjoying the beach scene. His favortie part was pooing in his swim diaper. That was fun. I guess it was my fault for feeding him so much corn. That stuff does not come out pretty on a one year old. MMMM.

Snuggle time!

Having Kailey with us afforded us the chance to have a much needed Girls Night out. Thanks for coming Meredith. Let's just say we all got to know each other REALLY well.

Summary....blowing up beach toys.
DON'T YOU ALL WISH YOU HAD BEEN THERE FOR THE CHAAOS??

Looks like you had a blast. The only thing I did for spring break was clean my house... not too exciting.

We're in the Plano stake. So does Emily live out there? I'm so excited for Tara to get married. I'm glad we're living close to each other right now. It's so nice to have her around!

Hi Claire!
thanks for your comments on my blog.
you know, its times like these that i think----"ok, what was i thinking? i cant have any more kids, because i need to nurture and care for the ones i have!" when your child is sick , or has ANY kind of medical issue, its amazingly straining as a mom . but we are fine now. Ruby had to get Eye surgery yesterday--so that gives you a little bit of back ground on what im talking about. she couldnt sleep, and it was annoying me last night. i had to wait on her, which im not used to doing right now. Also, she said something so sad...Her eye was really hurting her , and she was almost crying, and she said " mom? why did i have to get CANCER?" like she was really mad that this was happening to her. who could blame her? i didnt know what to tell her. i was totally stumped. i could have told her what sex was, but not why she had cancer!!!
but Lucille seems to be doing fine. she doesnt complain for a second. she is the BEST baby. the sweetest little heavenly angel. but her eye is not exactly going back in the right spot. so i worry that we might have to see doctors, maybe even get surgery. but im so grateful that she is a healthy, normal child!!! its amazing. and i really appreciate having healthy children. thank you for all your sweet thoughts and prayers!! love ya.

corn doesn't usually come out pretty on an adult either, Claire. wish i had been there for that infamous talk and trip to the store aka girl's night out. :) SO sorry to have missed that...but i got to hear the juicy parts. haha.
